The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) is the document that states the covenants between the homeowner/resident and the Corrente Bello Homeowners Association.

The Board of Directors have approved a reserve study to be completed every three years for planning purposes.

The Corrente Bello Board of Directors has entered into an agreement with Vial Fotheringham, Attorneys at Law, to handle collections actions when an owner has become severely delinquent in paying their annual HOA assessments. The formal Resolution for Collections which outlines the process to be followed when an account has become delinquent can be viewed here.

Want to make some changes to your yard, or maybe add that porch cover you thought about when it was built…. but decided against? You are in luck! Just fill out the form below, and submit it to cbhoaboard@gmail.com. The Architectural Control Committee will review your request and let you know if your improvements were approved or not.

Please be as detailed as possible when filling out this form. Include diagrams to show the location of the proposed changes and as many details as you can provide. This will help you get responses faster.

Are you building a NEW home?

All new construction Architectural Control Committee (ACC) application forms, construction deposits, and construction plans must be submitted to cbhoaboard@gmail.com The ACC will review the submitted documents and constructions plans for completeness and forward to the ACC for formal review and approval.

The Architectural Control Committee looks forward to seeing what you have planned! Please be aware that, because we care deeply about the subdivision, we adhere to the established guidelines. The Architectural Control Committee is made up of volunteers from the HOA, who are guided by the expert opinions of professional advisors. The volunteers on the ACC are not paid, and all application deposit funds go to pay for the professionals who help, or to the HOA.

Please make sure to plan at least 30 days for your application to be reviewed. This time starts when your application is accepted and deemed complete, to getting a response from the ACC regarding its approval.

Division 1 had different requirements from Division 2. Please contact the HOA manager for the Division 1 building requirements and application.

NO APPLICATION IS DEEMED COMPLETE WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING:

1. Signed application documents (see below)
2. Physical samples of all stone and tile roof materials
3. Paint/stain chips for all stucco, window trim, fascia, front door, garage door, concrete (if applicable), etc.
4. Physical AND electronic copies of the complete architectural plans. Physical plans can be submitted in half size.

Please be aware that the ACC reserves the right to request additional materials as part of the submission if they feel further detail is needed.
