Corrente Bello Pool and Cabana
RULES & REGULATIONS: The Corrente Bello Community Pool Area consists of a covered patio (Cabana), pool, restrooms, bocce ball court, and surrounding areas. Pool
The pool is typically opened each summer season for use between Memorial Day and Labor Day. If weather permits, the pool season may begin earlier and/or extend later. Residents are notified by email of the exact opening and closing dates as soon as they are known.
The pool hours are 5:30 AM – 9:30 PM daily. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep volume levels down.
All owners who are up-to-date on their HOA dues will have access to the pool via a pool fob. One fob is issued per family; if you lose your fob, contact chhoaboard@gmail.com and request a new one ($10 for a replacement).
A violation of pool rules may result in loss of pool privileges.
In the event of emergencies, there is a contact number posted in the pool area. Additionally, the security cameras run 24 hours a day so video can be reviewed if necessary.
Cabana
The Cabana can be reserved for 3 hour time blocks (unless approved otherwise). Please email chhoaboard@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance to schedule. The Cabana reservations are available to view on the HOA website calendar. There is no fee to reserve the Cabana, but you do need to leave it organized and clean.
